In the book GIGANTI BUONI on page 92 the photo shows Giuliano Gemma with Rosalba Neri and the caption translates as Neri was replaced by Angela Ruiz. (sorry about the quality but i couldn't find this photo on Google).

Could 106 be Reg Park stunt-doubling for Mark Forest? The body certainly looks like his. Park hadn't made any films where he was clean shaven at this point, so it can't be re-used footage. It seems strange, to me anyway, that former stuntman Sergio Ciani (Alan Steel) needed a stunt double in some of the fights at the end of SAMSON AND THE MIGHTY CHALLENGE (1964).
