Elena Frank (or sometimes Helena Frank, or Franck) is the frequent fotoromanzo pseudonym used by Sara Franchetti, a fairly well-known actress.

Lots of other fake (and rather strange) names among the recent pictures too. Kiss Hantony is really Marzia Damon, and Guy Farinelli is really Evi Farinelli.
