- Fulvia Gasser in Anno 79: La distruzione di Ercolano (1962)
|
Fulvia Gasser was an actress, active in Italian films and television at least from the early 1960's to early 1970's (and possibly to the late 1980's).
No biographical details are currently known.
She has 3 credits in prominent roles in peplums from 1962-3, all filmed in Yugoslavia, in 2 of which she is credited with the pseudonym of "Susan Paget". This has resulted in problems with her identification, due to much confusion being caused by
José Greci having used the same pseudonym around the same time. She has 3 more television credits listed on IMDb, spread out between 1968-1989. It seems she was fairly busy as a stage actress in the 60's, 70's and 80's, which could go some way to explaining why she has so few screen appearances.

Livia.
Fulvia, or rather "Susan", has top billing here, even above Brad Harris, despite her being a complete unknown.

The only other reference I found to Fulvia online was her appearance on this record dating from 1965. She is credited for her "participation" and her name also appears on the disc, but with no way to know what that participation involved. From the labelling I assume that is her in the image - she seems maybe a little different, but I think that can be put down to it being the only image where we have her smiling.

Processo a Gesù (1968 TV mini-series) Episode 2, credited in the listing in Radiocorriere TV guide, as
Maria Maddelena.
IMDb lists this title as being a TV movie, but it appears it was actually a 2-part mini-series, with Fulvia appearing in the second episode.

La rosa di Stambul (1982) (TV movie) credited, as
Desiré.
This is actually a stage production that was filmed and broadcast on television.
