Ore di terrore (1971). This German-Greek-Italian co-production was reportedly shot in 1969, and just like with Quei dannati giorni dell'odio e dell'inferno, both ANICA and the credits on the Italian print treat it as a purely German-Italian production, with no mention of the Greek cast or crew members. There are four women credited in the Italian version: Ann Smyrner, Karin Schubert, Lea Nanni and Leontine May. There are also only four women in the film: Smyrner, Schubert and Nanni all appear, but Leontine does not. Instead, the final woman is German actress Hansi Linder, who is not included in the Italian credits even though she plays a very substantial role. Once again, I believe quota reasons are what led to Leontine being listed in the credits in place of Hansi Linder. Note that also Franco Chillemi is credited both here and in Quei dannati giorni dell'odio e dell'inferno, and his credit is most likely fake too.

Interestingly, this Italian poster does include Hansi Linder's name along with the other actresses and has no mention of Leontine

Sei già cadavere Amigo... ti cerca Garringo (Abre tu fosa amigo... llega Sabata) (1971). Poor Leontine gets yet another fake credit in this Spanish-Italian western with a mostly Spanish cast. Leontine is nowhere to be found, but is listed in the Italian credits. She is not, however, included in the Spanish credits, which supports my theory that she's credited on Italian prints simply for quota reasons.

Il vecchio testamento (1963) as Wife of the assassin who starts the riot. A rare (so far) uncredited role.

This is something quite strange. Here you have a British lobby card for Sansone (1961), however the image on the card is seemingly a publicity still from La furia di Ercole (1962) - the costumes worn match that film. Not so strange in itself since the 2 films were shot back-to-back with largely the same casts, but on the left of the image you have what Johan and myself both agree has to be Leontine. Leontine, however, is not to be found anywhere in either film, so her presence in the publicity shot is a total mystery.

In answer to a question about Leontine in this lobby card in my Facebook group, Pier Antonio Mecacci (the son of make-up artist Antonio Mecacci, who worked on both these films) says that Leontine was the wife of producer Mario Maggi. That would certainly explain her presence in Il vecchio testamento, and would go some way to explain her presence in this image. Still odd that she appears in the publicity and not in the film, maybe she just happened to be on set that day and got done up in costume and make-up to make up the numbers for the posed publicity shot?
