Ballo al castello (1939). I've not been able to find a copy of this film, but there's a photo of Liana in this film together with Alida Valli and Vasco Creti published in the book "Dizionario del cinema italiano: Le attrici" (2003) by Enrico Lancia and Roberto Poppi. According to ANICA, she plays the role of a gossiping noblewoman (to be confirmed).

Re: Liana Del Balzo
Liana was already a well-established theater actress before she began to appear in films, and I've managed to find a few of her stage roles:
800-900-1000 by Carlo Veneziani. Premiered at Teatro Odeon in Milan on 21 July 1931 Credit taken from the book "Anna Magnani" (2001) by Mathilde Hochkofler
La sete di Dio (Robespierre) by Rino Alessi. Premiered at Teatro Paganini in Genoa on 24 December 1935. Liana played the role of Marchesa di Chalabre. Credit taken from the book "Amedeo Nazzari" (1983) by Piero Pruzzo and Enrico Lancia
Equatore by Alessandro De Stefani. Premiered at Teatro Paganini in Genoa on 3 January 1936. Liana played the role of Lotte Muller. Credit taken from the book "Amedeo Nazzari" (1983) by Piero Pruzzo and Enrico Lancia
I've also found a listing at the Teatro La Fenice di Venezia website, showing that Liana played the role of Elena in La danza delle libellule, which premiered on 16 April 1923! Link here: http://archiviostorico.teatrolafenice.i ... p?ID=10651

Caravaggio (1967) (TV mini-series) - episode 1, credited as Liliana Del Balzo, as Woman at the dinner. Liana looks a bit young here, but I think it's due to the wig and make-up. There aren't really anyone else she could be.

Tradita (1954) as Chief seamstress. She appears in a short scene with a young Brigitte Bardot here.

Quo Vadis (1951) as Woman preparing Lygia for the arena.
I would probably have put this as an uncertain identification since she looks rather different without her usual glamorous make-up, but Johan seems pretty certain that it is her so I'm happy to go with that.

Sancta Maria (1942) as Cruise ship passenger. Liana appears briefly in a couple of scenes and is presumably uncredited, though I can't say for sure since the credits were cut from the version I watched.
