The Nun's Story (1959) as Postulant

Ivy had the good fortune of being placed next to Audrey Hepburn for her scenes, which means she's shown more prominently than most of the other extras that play postulants. Not a very glamorous part, though, and she certainly looks quite different without make-up.

FBI chiama Istanbul (1964) poster credit, role unknown, to be confirmed
If Ivy is in this hard to find eurospy movie is not clear because no role has been given after her name

Temptation (1969) poster credit, role unknown, to be confirmed
This movie is also not to be found on the internet, so it's a rarity with American actor Mark Damon in the title role
s-l1600.jpg
It was released in january 1969, so the movie exists

Ogni lasciato è perso (2001) credited as Mother Beatrice, to be confirmed
In that year she made a last appearance many years after her earlier movies
Found only a trailer's credit

Tu che ne dici? (1960) as Woman in the showers (the blonde one).

Hard to be absolutely certain as she isn't seen too clearly, but the profile seems to match and she certainly has Ivy's height and long neck, so I'll go with this one as a probable identification.
