Ah, my mistake, I see now that La muerte tenia un precio is the rather different Spanish title for Per qualche dollaro in più rather than a different film, confusion caused by the credit screen in the old post being labelled with the Spanish title. So we are back to there only being one known credit for "José Montoya" and no way to confirm it! Oh well.
And are we sure that José Félix Montoya cannot be the train conductor? The nose and chin seem similar, but very hard to match a frontal view with a side view.

This one is Eduardo Garcia, he played a co-starring role in a popular spanish tv serie called Curro Jimenez.
12 years later (1977) Garcia in Curro Jimenez with facial lines a little deeper. What do you think?
Enrique Santiago is credited in Cuentos y leyendas (1976) episode: La leyenda de la Rubia y el Canario. I think he's supposed to be one of these guys. I'm not sure what 'Casares' mean here. These 2 are, I think, assassins. The close-up is the guy on the right. All the other credits I found, it seems, referred to Luis Rodriguez.

In the end I was convinced that it is Eduardo Garcia, but not for the other two, that in the Spanish fiction both could be Enrique Santiago, more material would be needed.
