In the caption of frame number 10 you wrote that “The actor on the right is the one identified online as Jose Canalejas, but opinion is that it is not him” Could it be the egyptian Omar Zulfiqar?. In this case, even in frame number 69, you can see the same actor (on the right)

I am familiar with Zolficar/Zulfiqar from his appearances in a few peplums, but I'm doubtful that this could be him. I see differences in the ears and lips.

Looking at the images again I'm doubtful that it is an Ukmar at all. I'm thinking it seems more like a second role for Oscar Giustini.

I doubt it could be Mann, who was aged only 15 or 16 when this was filmed, the actor here looks to be somewhat older.
