I agree, he does resemble Surtees, but resembles Spence more

So, hopefully in conclusion, if there are no objections I will change the Surtees ID to Spence, and with Spence identified it makes it much more probable that this was the race that was filmed, meaning the ID's for Rindt and Ireland can probably be added as being certain as is possible without seeing their faces
