Well in the blonde wig it's supposed to be her in disguise pretending to be her own sister. I've amended the main image - unfortunately the real Machiavelli isn't seen nearly as well as the fake one - and we now have one more unknown to identify!!
Maybe what I thought was supposed to be her pretending to be her sister actually is supposed to be her sister - the plot makes very little sense, as with most eurospies
