An Italian speaker could maybe identify a few of the specific roles that I wasn't able to find - I think the English subtitles missed quite a bit of the subtler meaning of the Italian dialogue

The correct name of the actor playing Toto Scalise is Carlo Di Maggio, not Carlo Di Magno.
The picture of Paolo Fadda as Vice Commissioner is actually of Alberto Plebani.
Not entirely sure about the Lars Bloch ID, but I think that's probably him in pics 11-12.
21: Man on the right is Arpad Kertesz (also seen on the left in 24).
38-41 features Nancy Lecchini again (and Emma Druetti again in 41) but maybe they're supposed to be the same characters...?
The stewardess in pics 55 and 70 is Maria Teresa Vianello.
80: Fabrizio Capucci.
241: Woman with the hat is "Queen Grimilde" again.
245: Arpad Kertesz again on the right.
271: The seated woman should be Mara Oscuro.

And to identify Donatella Esparmer, according to imdb she should play Princess Lavinia in I dolci inganni (1960) if we found her in that movie we can identify by exclusion both women at the table

Di Maggio corrected
Plebani added. Fadda added to the unidentified, the only other person in that scene who seems like he might be of some importance is the guy with the moustache in 281 and 284, but then they have maid credited who is only seen covering her face, so really it could be anyone!
Since there are many actors who pop up in scenes throughout the film in the same roles then I think we can safely say that anyone seen in multiple locations is still playing the same character. The woman in 213 is also at Nadia's party in 293.
I will get the rest of your new ID's added in the morning

Unfortunately the timer on my player doesn't work, so I can't give exact times, but you'd really need to watch the whole scene to work out who the descriptions belong to - the scene with the most precise descriptions is the castle party with the nobility, plus a couple at Nadia's party at the end.

As Johan pointed at: Lars Bloch is the guy in 11/12, not the depicted one.
213 has Rossella Falk.
As in 109/114/115, Renato Mambor is the slim black guy on the right in the Orsini and Tesi pics.

Bloch corrected.
Mannelli, Kertesz, Vianello, Capucci, Oscuro, Falk and Mambor added

It's clearly her in 213, to me; I don't see her neither in 291 nor in 293, but in 239.
