Yes, absolutely Materassi. I know him well.PeplumParadise wrote: ↑30/04/2024, 12:02Looking for our last remaining unidentified credited actor, Giovanni Materassi, I really don't see any obvious matches.
He looks to have been mostly credited as "Vanni", so we should maybe change his db topic to that.

Could this maybe be him as a party guest? This character doesn't really do anything to warrant being credited, but it seems to be pretty random which party guests are credited and which are not, so who knows. He seems the most likely match to me, though the hairline seems different, so I'm rather uncertain.

What kind of HD source is this from? Most of the faces look somewhat soft and blurry, which makes it hard to make out the features of the ones that aren't seen in close-up, but I recognize the following:
The woman in 14 and various other pictures is Diriana Doiec.
50 is Rodolfo Valadier.
53 is Aldo Sala.
Maybe I'm crazy but is 63-65 Bruno Ukmar...??

I think it probably came from Daily Motion, in which case it is probably an HD TV rip and HD TV prints are often somewhat waxier than blu-ray prints. Images 17-21 (and Felleghy's pic) are blurry because they're taken as the camera is panning round the room without stopping.Johan Melle wrote: ↑30/04/2024, 20:49What kind of HD source is this from? The idea had occurred to me too, I'm really not sure, but seeing the images together I think it could be. Here's some shots of Bruno's left profile for comparison.

Since I had this impression a while ago (viewtopic.php?f=23&t=376&p=42976&hilit= ... tto#p42976), a "Yes" from me.

Yes, unfortunately, I think she was one of those actresses that spelled her name in 100 differents ways, at one point she also used the anglisized variant "Dorian Doy", but it's the same girl, yes. Never found her in any other films.Ciavazzaro wrote: ↑30/04/2024, 23:41Is funny because i was preparing pics for another one i found in fotoromanzi called Dyrna Doych, i think is the same woman
