Storyline

A middle-aged lawyer, corrupt and disbarred, accompanies his girlfriend Milena to an unspecified seaside resort (Ostia, Rome) to have her abortion. Here he meets "Molecola", a seventeen-year-old leader of a gang of prostitutes and thugs who intends to transform the whole area into a sort of Italian Las Vegas. Initially, the lawyer supports the young gangster's ambitious project, but soon their friendship turns into a dangerous game.

Homosexual in cinema's toilette is surely Vinicio Diamanti.

And Guy in the film is maybe Frank Finlay in re-used footage from the earlier Tinto Brass film La chiave (1983)?

Good for Diamanti, for La chiave re-used footage I don't know, I will checked.
Also, for me the hospital doorman could be Alberico Donadeo, but I'm not sure about.
