"Mr. Grumpy" is an unidentified Spanish generico, active at least from the mid-1950's until the mid-1970's.

As his nickname suggests he tended to have a somewhat grumpy demeanour, even when he was smiling! He has slicked-back, receding hair and usually a thin moustache. I think he bears some resemblance to Italian generico Orlando Baralla.
