"The Penguin" in Tiempos de Chicago (1969)

"The Penguin" is an unidentified background actor who seems to have had a lengthy career, active in Spanish films from at least the early 1940's to the mid-1970's.

He is so named because he reminded me of Danny De Vito as The Penguin in Batman Returns! Starting in the 60's he often wore a distinctive style of glasses.

We now have a possible ID for our man, as "Carlos Prini". Prini is credited in La banda de los ocho (1962) and Pasto de fieras (1969), in both of which our man has small speaking roles. Unfortunately the third film where Prini is credited, La próxima vez que vivamos (1948) is impossible to find, meaning we are unable to confirm the identification.
