Re: Pasquale Fasciano
This is the front and back cover of Francesco Occhibianco's book about Pasquale. The images come from a 1958 film called L'uomo delle nevi in which it seems Pasquale had a significant role playing an abominable snowman (similar to his later role as a Snow Devil I imagine), which was shot, but never released due to financial difficulties. There are further images from the film in the book, some of which can be seen by following the link in his biography

Noi donne siamo fatte così - episode: "Chiamate Roma 21-21" (1971) as One of the three rapists
He impersonates an ugly man who, listening to the radio, hears the report of the rape he perpetuated against Monica Vitti, who also reveals her home address, so that he rushes there for the bis... Unfortunately I don't have the end titles so I can't say if he's credited or not. But at 90% yes.

Re: Pasquale Fasciano
Obviously, Pasquale didn't really have the right looks to appear in fotoromanzi. However, there was a short-lived magazine named Duemila (published from 1950-51), which was aimed at young boys and whose fotoromanzi were in categories such as adventure, western and even a bit of horror.
Pasquale appears in the horror-themed "La tragedia di Kastener", published in Duemila from N. 21 (27 May 1951) to N. 38 (23 September 1951) in a terrific role as Grigory, the hulking and fiercely loyal henchman of the mad scientist, Dr. Kastener.
He's featured on two covers which present scenes from the fotoromanzo
And here in some scenes from the actual fotoromanzo
