L'ira di Achille (1962) credited. He is listed by various online sources as playing a character named Sarpedonte or Sarpedon, but I was unable to find Ghini or this character, so it is maybe a credit only.

According to Romano's CV, he began his acting career in 1959, so this should be his film debut in
Quanto sei bella Roma (1959) as
One of Claudio's friends. He appears in a couple of scenes, hanging out his group of friends at their regular bar.
Here he is making a very unsuccessful attempt to beat the group's strongman at arm wrestling
