Hmm... well, based on this picture it's very hard to say, but based on the wig and the dress, it really should be Isabella.

As for Proietti, I'd say probably, but the picture is in movement and therefore not as sharp as I'd wish, and that makes it hard to be certain...

And before i forget i think this woman on the sofà could be Teresa Rossi Passante still from L'anticristo (1974) What do you think ?
