I'm reformatting the filmographies, putting the credits last.
To get an idea of the result look at these topics already made:
viewtopic.php?f=40&t=677
viewtopic.php?f=76&t=546
viewtopic.php?f=58&t=36

Here are the indications on how to format the style for each need: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1&p=17412#p17412
Ok. It's going to take a while for me to get used to putting the credits last since the old format is really in my blood so to speak.

The examples given in the link all look good to me except this one:

[*]Ciao amici (TV Mini-series) - Season 1, ep. 4 "Parla" .... role? (credited)
A mini-series is per definition a limited series and it never lasts several seasons, and so I think it is redundant to write 'season 1, episode 4' etc. Just 'episode 4' (plus the episode title if there is one) should be enough in my opinion. The use of season is only relevant for a series that had more than one season, like for example I ragazzi del muretto, Linda e il brigadiere etc, where it is useful to distinguish by putting 'season 2, episode 4' and so on.

Anyway, another thing to determine is how to handle the credit onlys, which I think have been handled in a few different ways.

You're right, I was wrong to include that example of the mini series. I did not think about it. Take it for granted as if it were a "normal Series". For credit only I think it will be fine: (credit only). Do you have any other ideas?

No, I agree with this solution :)

I'm working on paragraph height. Don't be alarmed if you see strange spaces between the lines. The effect is temporary.

In these days I have worked heavily on the graphics and a little on the functions of the forum to remove the patina of old age that these platforms inevitably suffer in the hope of attracting the interest of new users as well.
Mainly I enlarged the background to let in higher resolution images and to follow the standard that tends to not leave empty spaces around.
I also enlarged the characters so that with the new screens everything becomes easier to read.
Hope the look is to your liking.

Emiliano, have you added some setting that automatically resizes large images?

Yes, maximum height of 600 pixels on normal attachments
When using two attachments in a single row with BBCode max width for each is 330 pixels

This can be a problem for occasions when we want the images to be large, such as scans of magazines or posters when the images need to be larger in order to read the text.

For example in Gabel's topic I have included a number of articles from Radiocorriere, but with the re-sizing it is impossible to see what is written in the articles, which previously would have been readable with the images at full size

Just make a decision. The images must be either all large or small. So posters that to see them all you have to scroll the screen will return to being present.

Images that are too large can be re-sized before inserting them, I have always done it this way
