Paola Natale is a "quite sure" identification realized by Johan Melle on 2008, that discovered her, credited, in two movies from 1968 (It seems she only worked that year): La morte non ha sesso and Nude... si muore. Since we had only two identification for her, we cannot be sure at 100% that this actress is Paola Natale.

It's curious the fact that Natale and Montinaro (c.s.c.) often work in the same film and at the same time they do not appear in it at all.

I'm not familiar with Paola, but there are very few female roles in the film and they all seem to be accounted for by other actresses, so this seems like it's probably a credit only.
