Le roi du village (Bikini pericolosi) (1963) credited, as Clotilde
This predominantly French co-production looks to have been Luisa's final film appearance. Pictures by Johan

Re: Luisa Mattioli
Even by Italian film standards this is strange! The film in question is Tempesta sur Ceylon (1963)
Is this Luisa Mattioli or is this Ann Smyrner, or is it in fact both actresses alternating in the same role in the same film? Opinion is towards them being Smyrner, so a mystery remains as to whether Luisa might appear only in the Italian version (since she doesn't in the French version where she is credited).
Italian and French publicity for the film lists Mattioli with no mention of Smyrner.
ANICA lists Mattioli as playing the role of Helga with no mention of Smyrner.
The French credits list Mattioli with no mention of Smyrner.
but
German and Spanish publicity for the film lists Smyrner with no mention of Mattioli.
IMDb lists Smyrner as playing the role of Helga with no mention of Mattioli.
The German credits list Smyrner with no mention of Mattioli.
I have watched the French and German versions of the film and, aside from the credits, they are identical. (I removed a lot of the images since we don't think they are Luisa)

Re: Luisa Mattioli
Most shots of Luisa to be found online show her with Roger Moore. Here are a few of Luisa on her own.
