Possibly Mirko Bajocchi as one of Chelo's musicians in Il terrore della maschera rossa? The film was shot in 2.35:1 ratio, but both the Italian and Spanish DVD's are in 1.85:1, so if a correct aspect copy ever appears you'll probably see him more clearly, but maybe better to leave it in the meantime unless others think it's definitely him.
