I think this is probably Alfredo Venturi seated at the table in Se incontri Sartana prega per la tua morte, but he's not seen to clearly so hard to be sure. Any opinions?

Maybe put it as an uncertain ID then? The images are from the blu-ray so unlikely to get any better
