Yea, unfortunately he's mostly in the background. Here's a couple more shots:PeplumParadise wrote: ↑16/05/2023, 16:34It seems more like Scala than Dionisi to me, but I'm no expert on Dionisi and as you say he is not seen too clearly in any versions, so hard to be sure. The image below doesn't seem like Scala to me.

Dionisi, Antonini, Chiappafreddo, yes.
Can't judge about Scala or not from that pic.

Which leaves the question of where is Scala, who is credited?

Yep, maybe another one where his role is cut? Are you familiar with Franco Scala? In westerns he usually appears along side Gaetano (brother or cousin maybe?). They look a lot alike to me, Gaetano has a longer face maybe. Here in Giarrettiera Colt, Uccidete Johnny Ringo and Joe... cercati un posto per morire!. It looks more like Franco in Un milione di dollari per 7 assassini, maybe?PeplumParadise wrote: ↑16/05/2023, 18:42Yep, he's much more Dionisi-like in those shots.carlos wrote: ↑16/05/2023, 16:47Yea, unfortunately he's mostly in the background. No, I'm not familiar with Franco, other than being aware of his existence. I know Dan has identified him in one of our peplum topics, so he is probably yet to be discovered in a few more, but at least in the early 60's he had a much lower profile than Gaetano.carlos wrote: ↑16/05/2023, 19:12Are you familiar with Franco Scala? I can see the family resemblance in the centre image.
So we're thinking I should amend my original post to "credited, but not found" then?

This must be Stefanelli in the French crime movie "Du rififi à Paname" (1966) ?
He is also credited and he is a henchman (clean shaven and in costume).
