I have not yet "rattle off" the actors of the eighties, however I can definitely exclude that the hairless actress is the same one who plays Flower.

Hi! Well, she's not her for sure. Just yesterday morning Martino himself confirmed me that Flower is played by Alessandra Tani (you can verify that both in Cavenaghi's 2019 monograph and in Cicero's W la foca - she's "frankenboy"'s morticianesque mother). According to him, Siriana Hernandez could be the bald needle, but he's not 100% sure.
However beware, because half of imdb cast is pretty inaccurate (and not only in this movie) - for instance it refers to Tiziana Fibbi as Eurack nurse, while she's actually Melissa, the hibernated girl...

I have to compare Fasciano with other snapshots in order to confirm. I can assure any of the hunters behind the sadomaso guy is Angelo Ragusa, who's the andyluottesque hunter with flamethrower who kills the half-blinded girl at the very end of the hunting-scene, instead.

Fasciano died in 1974, so it couldn't be him
