Surely, the man on the right is one who's supposed to be Antonio Calò. As for whether it really is him... well... that's a different matter. Personally, I see a similarity, but the picture is very soft/blurry, and that makes it very hard to say anything for sure.
The picture where I really do not see Antonio at all, however, is the one from Il generale dorme in piedi (1972).

The man pushed by the nurse in Lezioni di violoncello con toccata e fuga (1976) for me is not Calò at all. Look at the pointed nose. Calò has a potato nose.
