But is it Nello in these pics? For me, the quality is too low to say if it's him or not. What do the rest of you think?

In the first I do not recognize him. While to recognize him in the second image it is necessary to have mediumistic skills :p So, for me NOT HIM for both

for nello there is an interesting site called tototruffa2002.it where many of his movies are commentated
in italian ! and arrangiatevi is one of them, where he is quoted.
maybe this can help to identify his role.
also many fotoromanzi titles are listed.
