i'm ,not an expert, but i think it is, because his hair fits with the first picture.

Now that you make me think about that Rudy he have a particular kind of hair: black with the one on the front of the head white or grey, and both man have the same kind of hair, also the nose for me looks the same.
I want to see if take off his glasses at least for a few seconds in La dama rossa, but personally i think he could be him.
