First His father with pipe and John as a very young child (from the 30's) but no name yet.

The Rock Hudson movie must be "Ruba al prossimo tuo" (1968) where Rock has this short scene with the old man in jail with white-grey hair, who i believe must be our friend Old British gentleman, where indeed he has no dialogue.

Not so visible with the jail bars before him.
What do you think ?
It's only slightly clearer from the DVD-rip, but it doesn't seem like him. The hair's not right, plus it really is not the sort of role that he tended to play
