It resembles him in profile, but not in the last pic where he's seen from the front, so I'm not quite convinced...

There's a resemblance (especially in third picture) but it's not Lorenzo.

If you mean the policeman behind Ennio Antonelli then that's Ennio Pagliani, very well-known fotoromanzo character actor and a good future candidate for a topic since he appears to pop up in quite a few uncredited roles.
