A bunch of maybes/probables from Black Magic (1949)
Emma Druetti (always a bit fuzzy as the camera is following Orson Welles, who is walking very fast)?
Sergio Marga on the left?
Sandro Mondini?
Mara Oscuro on the right (10 years earlier than her current earliest role)?
Giulio Tomei in the turban (8 years earlier than his current earliest role)?

Could this be a sleeping Wanda Tuzi in The Trial (1962)?
It's an Italian co-production, but with little apparent Italian involvement besides credited Arnoldo Foa and Elsa Martinelli and this scene seems to have been shot in Yugoslavia, so it would seem unlikely, but as we well know anything is possible with Italian films…

I'm not a big help concerning b/w generici, but apart from Druetti (I really can't tell) they all look like they're appearing. The Wanda Tuzi question is another thing: The lady in question seems way too old, judging from Wanda's 1968 film pics.

Are we sure about this ID for Milani? The shape of the head seems completely wrong to me
