I don't think so to be honest. The nose, for example, looks very different to me.

first is credited Sandro Dori who did appear here on the left:

Then he is credited Giacomo Vecchi as farmer and Augusto Casalini as farm chief (fattore)

The only 3 actors who speak after Dori are these

And second man who want to buy (i think he must be the farm chief)

So Nick can you see one of three man here also in Hanno Rubato un tram (especially the third one who i think should be the actor in Hanno Rubato un tram).

I don't recognise a match with the actors from Il mulino del po, but these are the unknown actors with speaking roles from Hanno rubato un tram (in addition to Crypt Keeper)
