Both seem probable, but as you say a sharper copy would certainly help to be certain. Unfortunately my copy is worse than yours.

Since nobody else has replied, I think you can probably put the images for Rinaldo in his topic as he is seen fairly recognisably, but maybe mark it in the posting as a probable ID. For Di Segni, while it is probably him I think maybe better to put it as a title to check for when a better copy appears, but so it isn't forgotten

Could this possibly be Carla Mancini in Le amorose notti di Ali Baba? She's not someone I've ever succesfully identified, so I'm not sure at all. She's credited, but of the many harem girls this was the only one who seemed at all like her, so if this is not her then it's probably a credit only
