Maybe Romano Milani in the centre background in The Naked Maja?

He looks like him, but I'm not sure.

Could this be Manlio Dalla Pria as police captain in the comedy gangster movie "L'altra faccia del padrino" (1973) ?
Here credited under the name Luciano Dalla Pria

Possibly, but a bit difficult to be sure with only half of her face seen.

Not at all. That's Frank Latimore.

Here's a shot you've posted in Calogero Chiarenza's topic. Sure looks like our woman. That smile and those eyes are pretty characteristic.

Well you know her better than anyone so if you agree it's her then feel free to use that image since it's a bit sharper than Dan's. I assume you don't see her any clearer or Dan would have used a better image and I would have identified her when watching it.

I did a little research for the Spartaco Nale (no films documented after 1962) entrance in the 1992 film Ricky & Barabba. In fact, there is a Spartaco Nale in the end credits:

From the very soft and blurred copy I found on youtube I found this guy, appearing right after the also credited Franca Scagnetti, and think it *could* be really Spartaco (look at the ears!)

Can't wait for your opinions:-)))
