Not sure if this can be Ennio Antonelli or someone else with a similar look in Rimini Rimini? He's maybe too tall for Antonelli, unless the actor he's with is VERY short

From that shot alone I'D say no. (At first view I thought it is Cavaricci). But possibly from another angle.... which film is it?
