In the meantime, judging especially from the 3rd pic, I think PelumParadise was and is right.
Thanks, I'll add the other pics to the post so it can be more obvious it's him

Could this be Piero Pastore in Il falco d'oro (1955)?

Hmmm, I think it probably is him, he looks a little different somehow, maybe from the wig and false facial hair, but I took a look at the scene in motion and the movements and mannerisms seem to be right.

Where did you find the nice letterboxed print?

I was slightly in doubt, too, which is why chose to post here first, but I think it's probably the wig and false facial hair doing it, yes, so I'll go ahead and add it to his topic then.

The nice print is from Mediaset. Try and see if you can download it from here: https://vod02.msf.cdn.mediaset.net/farm ... 5-37_0.mp4

Thanks, yes no problem, useful as I'm working on a profile for Charles Fawcett and my previous best copy was a not-fully-widescreen German copy with a nasty watermark

Okay, good! I wasn't sure if I'd managed to make the link work. Always nice when nice prints of obscure films show up!

It might be because of the face paint, but I can't make my mind up if this is Rinaldo Zamperla in Il pistolero segnato da dio

That's a hard one. The very few pics of him without beard show the chin dimple, however, and the hair (errr...) line seems to fot perfectly. Which makes it a YES from me. My 50cents
