Regarding Decio: IMO this is probably him but is it enough?

I have Caligola, but it's a huge production with countless extras and the decription 'Roman' isn't very specific, but I'll try and see if I can find him.

in his topic, the movie a pugni nudi (1974) has been forgotten to put in his filmography. picture exists.
