In the movie Io non protesto, io amo (1968) Ivan Scratuglia is named in the credits
Following Imdb he is playing atraffic officer, could this be him then ?

Is this Fregonese in Ro.Go.Pa.G.? It seems like him but for some reason I'm not sure.

Also does anyone recognise this actor?

Maybe only a look-a-like of Fregonese. The 2nd man could be Goofy?

I have to agree with you. It looks like a globe. It could be him.

Despite some similarities, this man is not Fregonese. Of this I am very certain.

I agree that the other man is "Goofy", with a fake beard obviously.

I agree with Johan, it is not FRegonese in my mind, the face looks a littl ebit different to me

Could this be Giuseppe Castellano in one of his last movies "Eccezzziunale...veramente (1982) as man entering the café ?
Looking at his moustache and shorter red hair it could be him, because no one else is in the movie who looks like Giuseppe
