Re: Quick Identifications
Isn't that the same scene you posted pics of some weeks ago and which no one believed was Filidoro...?van den bremt rudy wrote: ↑27/12/2019, 0:57Re : Giovanni Filidoro
in the movie L'arte di arrangiarsi (1955) he is mentioned at imdb as the house servant
is this him, looking to his slim figure and length it could be him (that's the only time he is visible) !

Re: Quick Identifications
I think it helps that we're now more familiar with Filidoro and that the new image is in a more correct aspect ratio, seeing the image with the head not stretched as it was originally it's a lot more obvious to me that it is him. It stresses the importance of making sure images are in the correct aspect ratio as stretched or squashed images can change an actor's appearance quite substantiallyJohan Melle wrote: ↑28/12/2019, 15:35

Re: Quick Identifications
I have 2 additional titles where I have Giovanni Vari listed through identifications originally made by others. I think the actor in these 2 films may be the same person, but I really am not sure that this is Giovanni. Giovanni had rounded features and naturally curly hair, this actor or actors have sharper features and straight hair. What do others think?
