Yeah, definitely the Barbarian torturer in La strada. Same eyes and nose, and also that distinctive line at the bridge of his nose.
I don't know about the priests. The quality is a bit fuzzy and I'm not sure if the aspect ratio is 100% correct...

He is not credited in the film, but it is a significant role so if there exists a list of non-credited supporting players from La strada (like exist for other Fellini films) he should be included, and therefore identifiable - and such a list should also tell me if I am wasting my time looking for Ceccarelli
Browsing around on Google Books, there are various Fellini books, but none of them have a comprehensive cast list for
La strada. They only list the same bunch of actors that the IMDb etc do. None of them list Ceccarelli, though, so that is surely a case of someone having confused him with the Barbarian torturer.
Btw, there's a certain Gustavo Giorgi listed as an uncredited cast member in
La strada but I can't find any source that lists him with a character name. Any idea who he is? IMDb have only 6 films in his filmography, and at least 4 of them are uncredited.

I don't know him, but I have watched
Un americano a Roma several times recently, which is one of the films where he should appear, and am fairly sure that Barbarian Torturer does not appear. The 7 credits he has on Anica are all from 1954-1955, so just a 2 year career

If anica is correct then this is Giorgi as Mustafa in
Totò all'inferno
and here, looking quite different, with Sophia Loren, as Il commendatore in
Il segno di Venere
The only other film where he is listed with a role is
L'arte di arrangiarsi as a police inspector. This is clearly the same actor as in Toto all'inferno, but I am not entirely convinced that he is the same in Il segno di Venere, the hair looks very different
I guess if we can find one more appearance where he can positively match with the 1st & 3rd films then we have ourselves a new generico

In the first case i don't know the year because it is from the fellini's face book, but i have also a pic of profile of that man again in his older years, so i will try to upload it now if i have the dvd under my hands, and so we can make comparisons with the noses.

This man is very familiar. He has a slight hump in his nose and it is not as sharp as the younger guy and his ears are bigger than the pic from the book, so I think they are similar but different.
