I can't decide if the green/blue headdress is Casadei. Casadei appears in the very next scene in a different role, so if this is also him then it's very bad continuity
and who are the guys in the red and the grey/brown?

Looks like Casadei to me, but the pics aren't very sharp and I can't really get a good look at anyone, so I don't know who the others could be.

Also I guess this might be Mondini on the right, but you only see him from behind so not sure if it can count as a positive ID?

I don't think it's Angelini.
Hard to say with certainty about Mondini, but I'd say it's highly probable that it's him.

What do people think to the actor with the white beard and black moustache being the same person in all these images? I'm not sure about the western (which dates from a few years after the others), but I'm pretty sure the other 4 are all the same guy. He has a very fluffy beard, like cotton wool

A little hard to say (as it always is at first when you're not yet familiar with an actor), but it looks like the same guy in the first three films at least. Less sure about the other two...
