i searched further and i'm pretty sure this is fulvio as cowboy in saloon.
if so then this is a good find

in this picture i'm not sure if that's fulvio. I due pericoli pubblici (1964) as a general.
there is a scene where a younger general comes in the picture, the other ones are older.
it is the second on the right.
