Personally, I don't think it's worth posting if the quality is so blurry that you cannot make out the faces. I don't have this film, but I'll put it on my to-search-list.

I think I've found Clemente Ukmar in La mala ordina, in 2 different scenes. Since I've always mistaken one Ukmar brother for another :p I need your help... is this man Clemente, or maybe one of his brothers?

He's Clemente. His role can be that of "Barone" or "Peppiniello". It's not clear because Nicola at the beginning of the film calls them both at the same time. Since when the beating begins in Parco Lambro, in the second scene, the protectors of prostitutes speak in evident Neapolitan, the name of Peppiniello could be more likely, that is a diminutive of Giuseppe in the Neapolitan dialect.
