I know it's a very very bad copy, butcould this be Ottaviano Dell'Acqua in Trappola diabolica (1988) ?
secondly, is this his brother Roberto in The vendetta (1989) ?

Another VERY bad copy I found was for `i due gattoni a nove code e mezza ad amsterdam` on dailymotion. All I could do for what I think is Claudio Ruffini is this, but on the other hand I can be absolutely wrong.... (2° tiempo, from about 7:00-7:50):

In Miami cops it's impossibile to say. It could be him like Marlon Brando, John Wayne or even myself.

It's not him in my opinion in Tracce di bene.
