This could be due to the movement. I do think it's probably him, but I can't say it for certain...

Could this be Terry Dalton on the right in Cagliostro (1949 version)?

If this isn't her then she probably appears in one of the several scenes with very large crowds of people, maybe identifiable from the blu-ray, but not from my DVD images
