I thought so too but this angle concerned me, the profile didn't seem quite right. But... I didn't notice the moustache is missing! Do you guys think they used 2 different actors
or maybe he just 'lost' the moustache for a minute?

But the man in the first row is another who keeps pupping up in many movies, i think he must be a generico.

Also that old woman on the left in one of the last rows i think is the same generica im fouding lately in many 1970's early 1980's movies, and which will have her own topic.
