I have just saw the Arsenio Lupin episode Pino Sansotta is credited as Le Gérant which translated from english means Manager.

So this is the only actor who play a manager, the theatre manager, the man on the left

He looks very different from the man of the 1980 sceneggiato, and in Incensurato he looks like one between the photographer and the shop market vendor.

I don't think he looks so different actually - just younger, less grey and with a beard and moustache, so it should be the same man. I'd say that in Incensurato he's probably the vendor, but I must say this is an actor who is really not very easy to recognize!

There's not much to search. From what I understand he's not Natale Siddi. That leaves us with Emilio Baldelli, whose only other credit is in Legati da tenera amicizia (1983), which I don't know where to find...

Also im afraid is not Baldelli because he is credited in the final credits as Co-Starring which means a very important role.
Nello Palladino who plays the 2nd thief he is credited as With (e inoltre in italian) so the wax museum should be have been credited the same way according to this logic.
