Yes, I agree too, so with 3 identified film roles on the page here viewtopic.php?f=23&t=376&p=18688&hilit= ... oma#p18688 plus the fotoromanzo I guess he's ready to be added. Does anybody have that fotoromanzo to get better shots of it?

And also in La bambola di Satana (see page 5).PeplumParadise wrote: ↑10/02/2020, 12:12Yes, I agree too, so with 3 identified film roles on the page here viewtopic.php?f=23&t=376&p=18688&hilit= ... oma#p18688 plus the fotoromanzo I guess he's ready to be added. I don't have the fotoromanzo in question, so I'd say the best bet is to crop the pic to the relevant frames like this Maybe play around with the brightness levels a bit could help too...?

Since I have the images from the films then I guess I'll have to start the topic. I've just started a major one for Piero Pastore which will take me a couple of days to complete, so once he's out of the way I'll get to work on Lori.Johan Melle wrote: ↑10/02/2020, 12:41And also in La bambola di Satana (see page 5).PeplumParadise wrote: ↑10/02/2020, 12:12Yes, I agree too, so with 3 identified film roles on the page here viewtopic.php?f=23&t=376&p=18688&hilit= ... oma#p18688 plus the fotoromanzo I guess he's ready to be added. Great if you want to do that, though there really isn't any hurry whatsoever

I think we have another appearance, and a good few years earlier than the other 2, by our last unknown Jewish councillor, as one of the dignitaries waiting to meet Audrey in Roman HolidayPeplumParadise wrote: ↑18/01/2020, 23:22Looking through images of unidentified actors in I fratelli corsi I spotted this one, who I think has to be one of our last remaining unidentified Jewish council membersLORODIROMA_UKa23.jpg

Re: Possible generici in L'oro di Roma (1961)
Re-examining this topic, I believe that number 181 is our new generica Poor Old Woman
I'm also thinking that numbers 58 and 175 could actually be the same person. It would be great to see some more shots of her as I believe this woman is another generica who specialized in playing poor old women (she's in several of the same films as the above generica)
Also, I believe number 221 must be Valentino Macchi.

Going by the big ears I agree they are probably the same woman, but if there were any clearer shots of her I would have used them so those must be the best ones, presumably enlarged somewhat. I've definitely seen her in other things, but I don't remember what offhandJohan Melle wrote: ↑19/12/2020, 20:25I'm also thinking that numbers 58 and 175 could actually be the same person. It took a bit of finding but here are the original images for the 3 you mentioned. Post them in the topics if you feel they are correct. I don't think there are really any better role descriptions than "Old Jewish women" or "Young Jewish man" unfortunately (though your "Poor old woman" doesn't really look that old here, probably in her 40's).Johan Melle wrote: ↑19/12/2020, 20:25Re-examining this topic, I believe that number 181 is our new generica Poor Old Woman

Thanks! I agree the "Poor Old Woman" wasn't really all that old here, but she's usually cast in old people's roles.
Yeah, the other one must be the same in both pics. Comparing them, it looks like she has the same dress. The big ears are pretty disctinctive. I do have some other roles that I think could be the same woman, but would like some feedback on these:
Le mani sulla città (1963)
Maciste nell'inferno di Gengis Khan (1964)
Degueyo (1966)
I also have three potential 1970s roles that I need to check next.
I do think the young man is Valentino Macchi, btw.

Yes I agree she is the same woman in all those films, I'm sure I've seen her in a few peplums tooJohan Melle wrote: ↑19/12/2020, 22:33Thanks! I agree the "Poor Old Woman" wasn't really all that old here, but she's usually cast in old people's roles.
