Help to identify a 1950s generica

Post by Johan Melle » 21/11/2019, 16:08

Look at this woman from Piccola posta (1955)

Is this the same woman in Il segno di Venere (1955)?

In Serenate per 16 bionde (1957)?

And maybe in I compagni (1963) without glasses this time?

Great. Thank you!

Now, in Piccola posta (1955) she has a somewhat larger role. So much so that I thought she might be credited. The cast list credits a certain Zulina Badaloni, who on IMDb is listed in only two other movies: Il cavaliere della spada nera (1956) and Il segreto dello sparviero nero (1961).

Her name also appears in that list of generici active in the 1940s and 50s: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=471
So I really do think she could be our woman. Does anyone have the other films where she is credited? Nick...?

Also il segreto dello sparviero nero is on youtube

Look at the older woman at minute 53, 1'16'58 she can ber her ? i think she can be without her glasses.

In the same scene at 53 there are Maria Tedeschi,Sandro Mondini and that older generica we talked yesterday Johan.

She must be Zulina Badeloni, who is credited in both these films and who I have identified for Spada nera

I agree with her for me the woman in the movies where she is credited is the same one of the roles posted by Johan.

Thank you, Nick! She looks slightly different in color and without glasses, but it's the same woman without a doubt in Il cavaliere della spada nera!

In Il segreto dello sparviero nero I don't know based on that one image. Are there any other shots?

Anyway, this is a very happy discovery for me, because this woman is also in some fotoromanzi from Sogno and Luna Park, where she is always uncredited even though she played important roles as the mother of the protagonist. Later today, I'll try to make some scans and then we can open a topic for Zulina too :superok:
