Stuart Colin Brisbane was an english actor quite active in the Italian cinema. He have a little speaking role in Armiamoci e partite (1971), and according to the Anica website, he was present in the giallo I vizi morbosi di una governante, in the important role of the first victim of the killer.

Just found him in Anastasia mio fratello (1973) as a member of the Kefauver Committee who questions Richard Conte. Many, many, many actors of American or British origin have uncredited supporting roles in this film, and I assume Stuart Colin Brisbane is of such origin, too.

maybe he was overlooked at the time, but now we have found him in a short role at the trial of the two

I vizi morbosi di una governante (1977), uncredited, as The baron, Ileana's father. The film was made in 1973, which fits to his filmo.
